Concept
The main idea was to create a structure consisting of two parts: one under the water, the other above the water. The server room for storing information, located under water, is divided into 7 sections in order to be able to save all the information in case of any problems in the system. Above each section is another small section - rooms where people could live and work. Thus, the entire section consists of two parts - above water and under water, and, most importantly, these cells can be partially opened and then closed in case of an accident. The upper and lower parts can work together as well as separately from each other.
Project
The principle is a design that works like a float on the surface of the water. At the same time, it's like a "Message in a Bottle" that can be everywhere. Each cell has a motor that can control the movement, in which case the float can move on its own. Each cell has its own membrane that dynamically moves above the water surface and closes depending on the climate and other conditions. The structure can be increased by stackable cells.
