Background
The third Suzdal Lake, as well as the entire territory of Shuvalovo, has an interesting history. A railway passes through this territory and earlier residents of the capital had summer residences here, famous writers, musicians, artists and artists visited, the Shuvalov Yacht Club was opened on the western shore of the third Suzdal Lake, and a steamboat went from the Shuvalovo railway station, there was also a school swimming, theater and even a casino.
Why duck?
At the moment, the main inhabitants of the lake are ducks. They live in almost all reservoirs of St. Petersburg, there are about 33 species of these waterfowl. The idea arose to create an object that would attract the attention of residents, as well as those who simply come to relax. To create a new symbol of the lake also personifying what can be correlated with the history of the place - "floating frigate".
