Idea
The main idea of project is the creation of a multi-level system, approaching the water and docking with the embankment at level 37.150 to discover thereby the best coverage for the upper terraces and the roof for the premises of the lower floor, performing temporary, service and recreational functions.

Access:
The passage on the shore was realized with four entrances, first of all, it is the Ulyanovsk descent, the passage can be carried out by means of a ramp leading to the terrace on the shore or noticeable at the exit under the upper corner.
The highest level allows you to freely go up the level from the existing embankments. Beneath it are service driveways and temporary parking lots, as well as serviced infrastructure: cafes, office space, storage for small boats and equipment, covered recreational areas.
Then there is a gradual descent down the stairs and ramps, providing a barrier-free environment throughout the embankment.
Floating islands:
Some parts of the embankment are floating, they can be docked to the main body of the embankment, this is both a summer theater and a floating pool with a cafe. Bike lanes: An interesting element is the bike path and the promenade, located on the water and having a flexible shape.
Functions:
Functionally, the embankment is divided into places for quiet relaxation, entertainment areas, children's areas, boat rental and sailing areas.
Materials:
Based on natural finishing materials, these are tiles, but with interesting patterns and mosaic and artistic street images, which creates the necessary effect of different patterns and also visibility from the water.
Landscaping:
Landscaping is done with decorative maples and lindens. Landscape compositions are made up of perennial grasses and stonecrops, and undersized shrubs are also used.
Winter time:
In winter, with an ice cover, a skating rink is created right on the surface, and a slide begins to work, small cafes work.
